Description

Support K8S Pod Template From KubernetesOptimizer. Helm Chart can use YAML set KubernetesOptimizer podtemplate

Use case/motivation

KubernetesOptimizer Properties Can use helm chart set all pod config default template.User in web config will be merge podTemplate.
