table.issue_changelogs lacks `action` field #1903

Describe the bug

table.issue_changelogs lacks action field

To Reproduce

  1. set up DevLake
  2. visit mysql, and see issue_changelogs table.

Expected behavior

Field ‘action’ exists.

Actual behavior

Field ‘action’ doesn't exist.
