Composer uses wrong From: header format #496

The composer app should refrain from using the "Foo Bar" <foo@bar.baz> format, as the quotes are bad. It should instead use Foo Bar<foo@bar.baz> only. I'll get a fix sent in unless someone beats me to it :)
