Drag and Drop App #15

On the namespace page, show a palette If apps along the right. Drag an app and drop it into the apps table (?). If the template has parameters, show those in a dialog or page before creating.

Perhaps change from an apps table to app cards to make this more visual.

If the app template has defaults for all the required parameters, maybe we should just create it instead or redirecting to the add page.

Maybe we should use the same idea to paste an app config (from Apex Designer for example) on the Namespace page.

Maybe the ribbon should have “favorites” and a click to expand to the full page with all the apps.

This is included in version 0.0.13
