Exclude apex-cluster-manager namespace as a system namespace #21

This is fixed in 0.0.6.

@jgvolpe Could you please extend this logic to ignore any workspace that starts with apex-cluster-manager? I have apex-cluster-manager-dev in my installation for my app manager and apex-cluster-manager for the real production one.
