One Click Create from AD App Manager Page #35

Provide a way to do a single click from the AD app manager page and have it create the Apex Cluster Manager app and update the port in AD.

I picture a new option on the create app manager dialog in AD for Apex Cluster Manager. It would have the url for the cluster (which would be retained in local storage for the user) and the namespace (which would also be retained). Clicking create would open a special page in Apex Cluster Manager that would create the namespace if it did not exist and then create the app manager. Finally, it would use a post message to send back the url of the app manager to AD.
