Explore the setup of of ACM on cloud providers. Targets would include Digital Ocean for small organizations through AWS, Azure and Google for large organizations.

Topics include:

Template for (or automatic install of) nginx ingress
Template for (or automatic install of) cert-manager (including creation of the cluster wide resource)
Explore ports vs subdomains
Update and test the app templates

I picture us using an environment variable to tell ACM the path to the templates. That can default to kind for local installs and select some other directory for hosted clusters
