Manage Hostnames on Cluster Page #67

Have an ordered list of hostnames on the cluster page. Each hostname will have selection field for where the dns is managed (Digital Ocean at first) and one or more domain ownership verification credentials (depending on the select field value). A Cluster Issuer will be created / updated with the domain ownership verification credentials.

This should install cert-manager if it’s not installed
