Improve unit tests #1

  1. Unit tests are missing for acquisition. These are difficult because need to be done live with a spectrometer. A script to be run manually could be written.
  2. Ensure that unit tests exist for all supported file formats, including OceanView generated files.
  3. Possibly measure test coverage for automatic unit tests.
  4. Add unit tests for metadata ensuring its preservation and consistency.

Partly done. Additional unit tests need to be added in the future. However, tests are good enough to release version 0.4.3.
