Improve the "Algorithms" vignette #2

This is still partly incomplete and does not demonstrate all details. It is also missing a formal description and diagrams.

Making progress. The vignette is now only on-line and includes diagrams coded using Mermaid

This vignette is now a page at the website and no longer part of the package release, thus the Milestone assignment is "symbolic".

Best approach is to make this page an article in the package code base. Articles are only included in the website version of the package documentation. This should be tested, specially that it is in Quarto markdown.
