To install locally:

git clone https://github.com/aplbrain/pyreconstruct-download.git
cd pyreconstruct-download
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

To run locally:

source venv/bin/activate
flask run --debug

To deploy changes:

zappa update
