"Open" dialog should default to "other" if you've passed a filename as an argument #45

It's possible to pass a filename as an argument to the editors, in which case they'll open the file up automatically without going into the Open dialog.

If you hit "open" again after that, it'll default to the new "savegame" tab, though, when really it should be opening into "Other..."
