Errors while exporting map images aren't handled well

An Exception will print on the console, and the "Cancel" and "OK" buttons will become unresponsive. Hitting esc does still close the dialog, at least, but it should be better.

(An easy way to reproduce is to just attempt saving to a dir you don't have permission to)
