Description

All the programs that are currently active after restarting the appsgate box all the programs are desactivated

Expected result

The programs activated should remain activated after a eventual reboot

Réunion 05/02 : Notifier l'utilisateur que des programmes étaient en cours d'éxecution A voir le "comment?" (splash screen ? + tampon pour dire qu'un programme étaient activé)
