[Feature Request]: Add light mode and theme toggle button for T&C, Privacy Policy & Licensing pages

Feature Description

The website's T&C, Privacy Policy & Licensing pages only supports a single theme currently.

I would like to add the dark mode toggle button and add the light theme for the above pages

Use Case

The users can switch between different themes according to their convenience
