feat: Testimonial Button Does Not Scroll to the Testimonials Section on Homepage

Description

This pull request implements functionality for the "Testimonial" button on the homepage. Clicking the button now smoothly scrolls the webpage to the testimonials section, ensuring that users can easily view the testimonials without manual navigation.
