[Feature Request]: Edit the Scroll bar . #1652

Is there an existing issue for this?

Feature Description

The scroll bar is visible at all times edit it to make it visible only when scrolling and changing the styling of the scroll bar to remove the hard corners that appear when the scroll bar is at the top and bottom .

Use Case

This will enhance the overall look of the website.

@ShashwatAG if u are contributing under KWOC 2024 , then it will start from 5 th DEC , no contribution (e.g issue, PR made before that timeframe) will not be counted as a valid contribution in this programme , so don't worry , i will assign u the issue on 5th DEC
