Description

Improved the UI of feedback form Added pop-up display when the form is submitted and if the incomplete information is filled. Added social media icons , so that they could follow us and contact us before the feedback.

Hey @TBorundia, the UI looks nice. Can you make it responsive for mobile as well. Like keeping the rating question in a single line instead of three together.
