Adds info about adding a project to this list
Also removes images, which looked out of place
Removed That Planning Suite since I don't think this is the right place to put a list of Aragon apps

@Smokyish the protocol is called Melon, Melonport is a company that won't exist anymore very soon

I would prefer you offer changes to my PR in a review rather than making the change unilaterally without asking.
