This has two goals:
I initiate this in anticipation of the deprecation of Flock repo. As the Flock process gets merged with the AGP process, the Wiki should become the place to go and get information about the Flock program.
I also think that it would be nice to have more information about the whole Aragon ecosystem in a single place to enhance the understanding of newcomers. I will keep working on documenting grant programs and the broader ecosystem in this section.
