"Save Subtitles as" keyboard shortcut not working #109

When pressing Ctrl-Shift-S it is not possible to save the subtitles script under a different name. The application simply does not respond to the keyboard shortcut. No pop-up, no dialog box or anything. This issue persists from version 9665 to 9706. Versions prior to 9665 or newer CI builds have not been tested.

I can't reproduce this - Ctrl-Shift-S works for me on the latest version. Do other shortcuts involving Shift work for you?

All my other shortcuts using Shift work perfectly fine. I could only test this on Windows 10 though.
