Can't install on 3.1.2/3GS #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install OATH Token via iTunes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fails to install. Under the applications tab in iTunes, the box is unchecked
so it won't install.
Clicking the box and re-syncing shows that it attempts to install, but then
doesn't install.
Checkbox becomes unchecked again automatically.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm guessing this is some compatibility issue with iPhoneOS 3.1.2.

Does it work to install the app using the iPhone directly?

Trying to install from the phone directly a pop-up shows stating that this
application
requires firmware 3.1.3; is that a technical reason (I guess not) or simply
Apple's
way to force upgrades to a release whose only reason to be was to close a
jailbreak-
bug? ;-)

OK, I realize that when I uploaded the app it was configured to only run on
3.1.3
(I'm still learning how to do this iPhone stuff).

The next release will fix this. Thanks.
