ALM mismatch #233

I successfully compiled the plugins build this time but even though alm has files that were updated 3 days ago, it’s still saying the alm compile is from October. Do I meed to use the bleeding edge instead?

https://github.com/architdate/PKHeX-Plugins/blob/eaeea88f149974e6fbf792638f9e0fe0e6672d6a/Directory.Build.props#L4 still references the last pkhex.core build, changing this line to "23.12.22" will stop the mismatch popup.
