cite values in tables #46

In the europe paper... Ideally, the source of all numbers in all the tables should be cited if they came from a book or paper. Perhaps it's too cluttered to include those citations next to the values themselves. Other options include:

put the citations in the column headings (e.g. in Table 3 you could have "BWR [1,2,3]")
put the citations in the caption (e.g. in Table 3 you could state "Values for PWRs came primarily from references [1], [2], and [3].").

I'm confused about why this issue didn't close automatically when this commit was merged in.. Teddy, are you allowed to close issues?

AH ! I know why! it's because we're merging into a branch that is not the master branch. Annoying. Maybe this is the straw that will finally drive me to separate repos for each paper draft...
