Hi everyone,

I have added plots for strong and weak scaling for intra- and extra-node study. Also wrote some discussion/analysis but review of my poor English needed.

Though it's possible there are some details I've missed, this looks good, so I'm going to go ahead and merge this for expediency. The full text with all of these PRs merged in will be easier to review all at once by us all collectively (cc @lindsayad and @gridley ) over the next few days.
