I tried to shift the focus of this paragraph to very generally speaking of MSRs (where not all claims may apply) to thermal MSRs which Moltres has been oriented towards. Moreover, the claims of lower fissile inventory were removed because it's hard to back those up. (although surely such a reactor could be designed)
