Deployment scheme for lifetime extension to difference #72

This issue can be closed when the three deployment scheme plots are reduced to two plots that show the difference between installed capacity of LWR and FR from the base-case

It is decided that the power ratio plot (third plot) is sufficient to illustrate the difference in FR deployment.
