VM doesn't boot in Fedora 40 #106

After upgrading to Fedora 40 running vng -r does not boot the vm like before, instead a qemu monitor appears and closes after a bit.

❯ vng -r

qemu/kvm versions:

qemu-kvm-8.2.2-1.fc40.x86_64
libvirt-daemon-driver-qemu-10.1.0-1.fc40.x86_64
libvirt-client-qemu-10.1.0-1.fc40.x86_64
qemu-guest-agent-8.2.2-1.fc40.x86_64

Fixed with virtme-ng 1.23
