Addition of recognizing zotero links to open linked bibliography entries. Works with {{zoteroSelectURI}} from obsidian-citation-plugin

Thanks @MaroLIACS for the contribution. Would you mind adding a bit of documentation in the README (autolinks section)? I'm not familiar with Zotero myself.
