Clicking on dates opens Chronology plugin #44

As a step further to #43, it would be awesome if an integration with Chronology could be set: by clicking on the date, the user could open it in a chronology context, by opening the Chronology plugin’s calendar at the clicked date.

Thanks @xplosionmind , I'm not familiar with the plugin you are referring to. I've been trying to keep this plugin free from external dependencies but this suggestion and previous ones around some integration with dataview makes me think it is something to consider.

xplosionmind commented 1 year ago

Instead of a dependency, it could be considered as an opt-in optional integration.

I haven't checked the API in a while but if memory serves, there was a way to query which plugins were initialised. If this is correct, then an automatic opt-in should be feasible. I don't have much time this month but if you want to give it a go I'd be happy to review/discuss.

I am no developer, I am very sorry 😢

Sorry! My bad for assuming 😓 I'll see when I have time to have a look at this then
