Needs new maintainer #2

I authored this years ago but I do not actively use it with any of my clients, and therefore have no interest in or funding for maintenance.

If you use it and have the technical skills I'd love to discuss passing it on to you to maintain. I think we should at least move it to lab.civicrm.org like a normal extension, too.

It may be that a civix upgrade is enough to get it back up and running, and probably a lint in php8.1.
