Cancel recurring option is missing from receipt #102

When I had only 1 payment option (stripe) the recurring link in the receipt have worked fine. Once GC is enabled the link has disappeared from the receipt replaced with "This is a recurring contribution", even paid by the different payment processor (stripe).

@artfulrobot Once I have cancelled a gocardless payment, and a receipt was issued after the final payment. That contained the cancel recurring payment link. But any regular payment with active subscription receipt doesn’t contain a cancellation link. Is this a known issue of this extension? Or Is it CiviCRM core bug? Thanks

Core, I think. I haven't added anything specific about that.
