Description too long crashes CiviCRM #77

You'll love this one... we should probably fix Civi so it doesn't die because a description is too long...

Otherwise it dies here: https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/master/api/v3/utils.php#L2229 when clearing caches etc.

Only affects 1.9.3 by the way
