Provide a way to bulk reset/ restart batches #137

Ideally, this would be separated from the deletion workflow — e.g. it could be on the right hand side. Also, would be useful to be able to filter batches by status.

One way to go about doing this would be to be able to filter batches by their status.

I added some (crude) filtering. Other bulk actions need some attention though.
