Allow for conversions other than P2093 (author name string) --> P50 (author) #143

Since string problems occur in multiple other contexts, e.g. for "editor" (as in the illustration below, taken from Q99212298) or "principal investigator"

This is related to #103 (Allow for more publication types to be curated).

So I think the general pattern here is to for a property whose value would normally be a human (or organization?) item, but for which the current value in Wikidata is "unknown", with a "stated as" qualifier. I'll have to look into how to do the SPARQL on that, but it definitely seems do-able...
