Enable navigation by P4510 (describes a project that uses) statements #176

More and more publication items are being annotated with describes a project that uses (P4510) statements (quick overview), and these are helpful for author disambiguation in much the same way that topic tags via P921 are.

So it would be good to complement the topic-based navigation options with such use-based ones. For instance, in https://author-disambiguator.toolforge.org/names_oauth.php?doit=Look+for+author&name=A.D.%20Rowe , this could be an additional column (perhaps named "Uses" or "Usage" or "Materials & Methods") to the right of the "Topic" column, complemented by a corresponding section at the bottom of the page. Likewise for the other page types.
