MIDI Playback Piano

We want to connect MIDI channels to instruments in the song. Only playback in this task.

Acceptance Criteria

• Use 'all' midi inputs for now and play the selected instrument (activeTrackId)
• After PR add a new issue to implement note lengths (start/stop note)
