Bug on windows with the last release #5

I downloaded the latest release for windows. The vst plugin cannot be found by Ableton or Carla (I tried with only these ones). If I try to run the executable I get this error:

Can you try installing sndfile from here : http://www.mega-nerd.com/libsndfile/#Download - http://www.mega-nerd.com/libsndfile/files/libsndfile-1.0.28-w64-setup.exe

I think this should solve the problem since it is already installed on my Windows machine.

If it works, I'll see how I can bundle this with an installer.
