Maintenance #78

This repo is behind on compat updates, and CompatHelper has also gone into hibernation, which means there are probably others. This is preventing newer versions of MLJ to be used with Fairness.jl

Ohh. I didn't notice that Compathelper has gone into hibernation. I will try to see how I can fix this

@ashryaagr CompatHelper it seems the ssh keys are not working. It's worthwhile resetting these, in my experience.

Apologies, but I have been super busy with my academics. But I can try to address this on December 6, when I would be done with my academics. I hope that works!

Though I did try to fix this sometime back and tried using new compat entries, but it seems that Fairness.jl would need changes to keep up with the changes, specifically in MLJ ecosystem and Ipopt library. So, I decided to postpone this to when I have enough time in hand.

That's fine. Perhaps you want to consider adding me or Sebastian as a Collaborator with admin access to bump the bus factor of this package?
