Create a project folder called Eru with all settings and configurations #23

In order to save, and resume your job in other PC is easier to have a settings in a file, or several files, would be nice to create a folder (location defined by user) where Eru saves:

1) H2 Database. 2) Preferences file. 3) Displays. 4) Log file. 5) Historic exportation.
