Assigning @rnikutta to review. Changes made:

Replaced broken link to our keywords.txt file in the first cell
Removed comment in first cell "for available datasets, see cell "Available datasets in Data Lab" further below" since this is only relevant in this template NB and not relevant in contributing NBs
Updated the Authentication section
