Replace pix4096 with nest4096 in PHAT notebooks #217

The outputs have been cleared for now. I will re-run this notebook and include the outputs once the new phat_v2.phot_mod and phat_v2.phot_meas tables have been copied over to db02/db03.

Hi @galaxyumi , I updated the PHAT notebooks with the new column names. If you can review and Approve them I'll merge the PR :-)

Hi @jacquesalice thanks for updating these two notebooks. I found that 2 PHAT bricks are missing in all the spatial plots in both NBs. I think they are 10th and 11th bricks.

Brick numbers 11 and 12 are missing in the phot_modtable, but not in the phot_meas table.
