Use %attack2% and %reload% chat hints

Corrected in 773ae1f32f, needs testing. Possibly needs to PrintHintText, like so:

PrintHintText(hidden, "[%s] %attack2% to use the super jump or stick to walls, Press %reload% to use your special attack", PLUGIN_NAME);
