this could be fixed by accessing when a client is looking at the scoreboard and disabling the hud text

i have a feeling since scoreboard display is client side (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=177576 based on chatter in here) that we won't be able to detect when the scoreboard is up for a client and remove the hud indicaters for that period.
