Simply run the attached example to reproduce.

What would be the expected behavior:
  - nice error message?
  - NextSolution() returns true (empty search tree finished), but nothing will be instanciated, thus it will crash in the Value() calls
  - NextSolution() returns false

I think I will go with the first option

Finally, it is a mix.
It echos a warning and returns false.
