Support For 5.1 or 7.1 Cards to use 3 or 4 Stereo output #80

my idea was to use a 5.1 card as 3 Stereo outputs od 7.1 as 4 Stereo outputs

Use a asio compatible Software and asio4all IT would work on many soundcards
