- "remove/add" startup task option removed from popup menu, replaced by settings
- settings gui includes gesture speed, startup task, and skipped movement frames.
- greatly improved movement calculation
- corrected incorrect behavior where the gesture would stop if a single finger was lifted, when the correct behavior would be to only stop when ALL fingers have been lifted AFTER the initial three finger drag
