Investigate possibility of unmerged content from old develop branch #146

Previously, there was a develop branch. However, I have found some commits that do not seem to be on the current master branch, so it is possible there is some orphaned content that is missing from master. I have pushed up branch named old-copy-of-develop that should be reviewed for unmerged content.

Have reviewed with @cmjc and it is not likely there is any unmerged content.
