@dweng0 - is this a bug or intended behaviour?
(I would have thought it was intended as the data being overlapped doesn't have a break so is non-collapsible. Therefore, the correct behaviour is to show the ToC above the non-collapsible data on scrolling so that the ToC can still be used to navigate on the page.)
Normally, all page content should wrap at the appropriate margin, include any code
elements in the body. But in the case of tables, it seems like they are not respecting the margins and going past them.
Confirming this is a bug, the code is not word breaking which is causing this behaviour
