Note: the PR does not add additonal Governance group functions added in aut v0.5.0. This is because the Governance and Protocol only Reference page may be removed per https://github.com/autonity/docs.autonity.org/issues/177. The goal of this PR is an iteration to keep the docs in sync with the new aut release.
